Teacher Performance Evaluation System using Fuzzy Logic

Abstract- In this paper, we discuss the teaching staff’s performance evaluation using Fuzzy Expert System. The Fuzzy System consider the various aspects of performance measures of teachers, like students’ feedback, teaching practice, teaching learning process, background factors and requirements, research orientation and publications, ICT development of teacher and other performance like personal skills & abilities, etc. that have deep influence on the teachers’ performance in technical institutions. By using evaluation result of each teacher, administrator encourages teachers which result is great in their teaching, which result is suitable in teaching, which result is need to training, some teachers need to try hard more and more. In this way, every teacher is attempting to improve their quality, skill, satisfaction, efficiency and innovation in teaching in the technical educational organizations.


Digital fiber optic link design

Abstract- The digital fiber optic link design has been done for long distance about 100km from transmitter to receiver. The data rate is 400Mbps at the bit rate error of 10-12. Four combinations of source, fiber and detector have been compared. From the rise time budget and power budget the decision of the system validity has been given. The algorithm and the flow chart of the design has been included. The software implementation has been done by using MATLAB 7. 

 

VLSI IMPLEMENTATION OF A LOW POWER 16 BIT MULTIPLIER USING VEDIC MATHEMATICS (NIKHILAMSUTRA)

Abstract-. This work presents a systematic design methodology for fast and area efficient 16 bit Multiplier based on Vedic Mathematics. For this we first implement an Arithmetic unit which makes use of Vedic Mathematics algorithm for multiplication. The Arithmetic unit that has been made performs multiplication, addition, subtraction and multiply accumulates operations. This fast multiplier is built with Vedic Mathematics algorithm which reduces the multiplications required. Then different blocks will be implemented in .60 um and 16 nm technology using Tanner Tools.

Abstract —In this electronic life, growing number of organizations are facing the problem of a sudden increase in amount of data. Most of the data would decline under two categories – ordered and unordered. The more important piece of data which is not apprehensive but is hugely admired is the unordered data – likes, clicks, twitter posts, Face book likes, YouTube comments, videos etc. which has all supported development of a new race of database models. Big Data analytics implemented by Apache Hadoop is an open source framework the most information handling engine. Thus; Apache open source Hadoop solves these issues by using multiple frameworks, which provides high speed clustered processing for the analysis of a large set of data smoothly and efficiently on the distributive environment
