An overview about Networks-on-Chip withMulticast support

AbstractModern System-on-Chip (SoC) platforms typically consist of multiple processors and a communication interconnect between them. Network-on-Chip (NoC) arises as a solution to interconnect these systems, which provides a scalable, reusable, and an efficient interconnect. For these SoC platforms, multicast communication is significantly used for parallel applications. Cache coherency in distributed sharedmemory, clock synchronization, replication, or barrier synchronization are examples of these requests. This paper presents an overview of research on NoC with support for multicast communication and delineates the major issues addressed so far by the scientific community in this investigation area.

 

COHERENT SIMULATION OF TURBO CODES AND SPACE DIVERSITY TECHNIQUES

Abstract Modern communications systems employ variety of channel codes to control communication errors induced by noisy channels. An important class of such codes is Turbo codes, which were the first practical codes that closely approached Shannon capacity. In this paper, we evaluate the performance of Turbo codes in multi-antenna systems. In particular, we demonstrate that the bit error rate (BER) of a given link can be significantly reduced if Turbo codes are used in combination with spatial/antenna diversity techniques.

 

Human Action Recognition using Similarity Score from Action Descriptors

Abstract - The vision-based human action recognition systems are intended to classify human actions contained in video clips. In the present work, images extracted from the video clips are compared with the images taken from different action classes of standard datasets so as to compute some action descriptors. Mutual difference score (MDS), difference ratio (DR), common HOG (histogram of oriented gradients) ratio, Euclidean distance and angle between interest-points are used as action descriptors in this paper.

 

Multiple Watermarking For Video Authentication

Abstract - the watermarking community has gained universality in information theory and coding. Staunch, invisible video watermarking techniques are based on spatial and frequency domain video authentication is necessary for transmission of digital media over internet. Multiple video watermarking techniques depends upon the degree in which all three axes are confederate and these are intransigence to peculiar attacks. In this paper, we presents that embedding capacity of a watermark is different to hide video contents, watermarking embedding process is performed using various upgrade techniques like DWT, LSB, DCT and discrete radon transform. Embedding values of watermark splash the execution of these techniques to embed or expose the watermark.


Survey on All Aspects Related To Digital Video Watermarking

Abstract - This review illustrates the near future trends and constraints related to digital training video watermarking. As in the last years, significant make an effort has been specialized in research in traditional application such as entertainment business, video conferencing, broadcast monitoring, fingerprinting, video tutorial authentication, copyright safety, duplicate control etc. Moreover, a wide array of papers package with issues that are in the frontiers of both important research and important promising request, such as steganography, data concealing techniques, and cryptography ways to secure the digital details for video recording especially.


Raman Spectroscopy of 200 keV Ar+ Ion Implanted High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Polymer

Abstract - In the present study an attempt has been made to modify structural properties of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) specimens as an effect of 200 keV Ar+ ions implantation. The specimens were implanted at various ion fluences ranging from 1x1014 Ar+ cm-2 to1x10 16Ar+ cm-2 under a vacuum of ~ 10-6Torr. The structural changes occurred as an effect of implantation were investigated using Raman spectroscopic analysis. The formation of disordered structures among the implanted specimens has been confirmed by the presence of 1506 cm-1 band. The change in the structure of implanted specimens has also been studied utilizing Fourier Transform Infrared- Attenuated Total Reflection (FTIR-ATR) spectroscopy
