AbstractThis research introduces new effective computer model for extracting nationality from frontal image candidate using face part color, size and distances based on deep research.  Determining face part size, color, and distances is depending on a variety of factors including image quality, lighting condition, rotation angle, occlusion and facial emotion.


Mobile Cloud Application Architecture in Education Institutes

Abstract In this Paper we examine mobile cloud application architecture.  The concept of storage, memory and managing data in a Centralized stored through  mobile device using web service interface applying Java technology can be accessed from anywhere. Mobile Cloud Computing technology is a new paradigm for  mobile application storage data. This proposed architecture implies  taking into agreement these factors when implementing a web services interface  for mobile devices.In this paper, we design proposed cloud application architecture used in higher education institutes and implementing mobile space management system application use for  students and staff.

Information Communication Technology: A Better Tool for Disaster Management in Nigeria

Abstract - Disasters which may come as natural or  man-made have realized boundless inconceivable annihilations to lives and properties. Seismic tremor, Flood, Volcanic Eruption, Tornado, Tsunami, Wildfire, Drought, Hailstorm, Heat Wave, Hurricane, Epidemic, Famine, Limnic Eruption, Mudflow, Solar Flare and different other debacles. Flood which is the most persistent in Nigeria had had over the last two decades more than 1.5 billion individuals murdered while more than 81 million other became homeless. It has been recognized in the most recent two decades that, while natural disaster cannot be totally avoided, the effects can be moderated through timely sharing of disaster warnings among the vulnerable populace. Information and communication technology should be considered critical infrastructure and given careful consideration in disaster management planning
